5:51 pm	What I Would Hire an Attorney For I would hire an attorney if I was getting married or having a child to make sure that we had all our estate planning bases covered. I would want to make sure that we had a sound pre-nuptial agreement in place to protect myself and my family from future legal problems. I would also want to draft a will and power of attorney - especially if I was entering in to a relationship that is not legally recognized by all fifty states. At the same time, I would also draft a health care directive, or a living will, to relieve my loved ones from having to make difficult decisions regarding end of life care in an emergency situation. 8:56 pm	I am in class at SPSCC where they, in true treating-college-students-like-the-adults-they-are fashion, have LiveJournal blocked. In all the recent uproar about LJ possibly going under, many people suggested relocating communities and journals to Insane Journal because it has such a similar format. So I thought I'd check and see if they had it blocked, too. Obviously, they don't. Eventually I will merge the two journals. Hopefully lj won't go under, but I supose it is better safe than sorry. Of course, if it does go under, everyone will rush over here and it will probably get blocked. But whatever. For now I have stuff to read through and I can blog even if nobody will read it.
